The hotel had excellent staff who were incredibly helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport for me. The comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the security of this hotel and the beautiful garden on its premises.

The hotel is conveniently located on a main bus line, making it easy to get around the city. the staff are very helpful and accommodating. the rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms and modern amenities. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing.
The hotel can be noisy due to the traffic and the beds may not be as comfortable for some guests.

Great customer service and comfortable beds. the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the hotel had great facilities and a beautiful garden to enjoy.
Poor breakfast and lack of airport shuttle. the breakfast left something to be desired and the hotel did not offer an airport shuttle despite what was advertised online.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers for us. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful gardens to enjoy.
The breakfast provided was poor and the TV in our room was small. there was a mix-up with our reservation on arrival, which caused some confusion and delay.
